பொருள்: உடைநெகிழ்ந்தவனுடைய கை, உடனே உதவிக்காப்பது போல் (நண்பனுக்குத் துன்பம் வந்தால்) அப்போதே சென்று துன்பத்தைக் களைவது நட்பு.
