எள்ளாத எண்ணிச் செயல்வேண்டும் தம்மொடு
கொள்ளாத கொள்ளாது உலகு.

பொருள்: தம் நிலையோடு பொருந்தாதவற்றை உலகம் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளாது, ஆகையால் உலகம் இகழ்ந்து தள்ளாத செயல்களை ஆராய்ந்து செய்ய வேண்டும்.

The world refutes uncomely mess.

English Meaning: Let a man reflect, and do things which bring no reproach; the world will not approve, with him, of things which do not become of his position to adopt.
